Google handles all payment details.

Architecture

1. Sandboxed Security

RCKeyBoard uses a strictly Local-First architecture. Your personal dictionary, typing context, and suggestions are stored in a private Room database on your device.

Immutable Privacy The app is configured with android:allowBackup="false", ensuring your typing data is never included in system cloud backups.
Features

2. Technical Transparency

Clipboard Intelligence Recent copies are processed locally to show suggestions. We track usage history locally to ensure used items don't reappear, protecting your workflow without cloud tracking.
Sensitive Field Detection The keyboard automatically detects "Sensitive" fields (passwords, credit cards). In these modes, all learning, suggestions, and logging features are instantly disabled.
Personalized Learning Words you type are learned locally to improve future suggestions. This data remains in the app's sandboxed storage and is never uploaded.
Connectivity

3. Internet Usage Disclosure

We use the INTERNET permission exclusively for the following three user-triggered scenarios:

Theme Store Used to fetch the current theme catalog and download assets directly from our official GitHub repository.
Inline Translation When you explicitly request a translation, the text is sent securely to external translation engines to provide the service.
Google Play Billing Used to verify license status and process secure payments through Google's official systems.
Payments

4. Billing & Refund Policy

All premium transactions are processed by Google Play. RCKeyBoard does not have access to your credit card or billing information.

Refund Rights: Users have the right to request a full refund via Google Play if they are unsatisfied with a digital purchase. Beyond the standard Google Play refund window, digital sales are final once consumed.

5. Standard System Warning

"This input method may be able to collect..." This is a generic warning shown by Android for every third-party keyboard. RCKeyBoard is designed to prove this warning wrong by maintaining zero-knowledge of your keystrokes on our servers.
